Shelter Diagnostics

The Shelter Diagnostic System is a tool designed to aid management at private and public animal shelters by surveying employees and making specific recommendations to management and/or the board based on survey results. It was developed in a partnership between the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and The Humane Society of the United States.
