SDS provides our clients with the ability to compare their scores with averaged scores from other animal shelters throughout the United States and Canada . The service is included in the basic cost of the survey assessment.

Norms can be a valuable piece of additional information organizations can use to determine strengths and areas for improvement. While they should not be the sole determinant of action planning, they may be helpful towards the goal of action planning.

Norms are updated with every client to include the most current data available.
