Your organization's SDS report will include:

• A breakdown of the respondents by

• employee status (i.e. full-time versus part-time)

• job level (i.e. staff versus management)

• involvement in euthanasia (i.e. involved versus not involved)

• For each section of the survey, your organization will receive a breakdown of how all of your employees collectively evaluated each survey item along with a comparison to other shelter responses through the SDS norms database.

• For each section of the survey, your organization will receive a breakdown of how individuals in each index group responded to each item.

• SDS norms for each survey item will also be provided on your report.

In addition to the SDS report, your organization will receive a Summary Analysis Grid based on your survey results. The grid is provided to assist you in identifying strength and growth areas. The accompanying guide also provides guidelines for using the grid to prioritize organizational improvements.
